Business Development
I help you get clear on what you’re really offering, who actually needs it and how to reach them in a way that feels honest and human. We strip things back. We remove the jargon, the buzzwords and the well-meaning overthinking that tends to creep in when you’ve been too close to your own business for too long.
Together, we look at your offer from the outside in. What problem are you solving? Why should anyone care? And how do you explain it in a way that makes sense to a real person, not a pitch deck? When that clicks, everything else becomes easier — from pricing and positioning to conversations that don’t feel awkward or forced.
This work isn’t about chasing growth for the sake of it. It’s about building something sustainable that fits who you are and how you want to work. That might mean refining an existing offer, shaping something new, or deciding what not to do anymore.
And yes, my little black book is enormous. Over the years, I’ve built strong, trusted relationships across music, media, business and beyond. When it’s helpful, I’ll happily make introductions — not in a scattergun way, but thoughtfully and with purpose.
At its heart, business development is about connection. Clear thinking, clear communication and the confidence to show up as yourself. My job is to help you find that clarity, move forward with intent and build something you’re genuinely proud of.
